About the Project

We recently completed the installation of three new roofs in Shale Grey and Monument colors. The project involved removing the old rusted roof sheets, gutters, downpipes, flashings and capping around the roofs. We then supplied and installed new gutters and downpipes, as well as new roof insulation to reduce conductive and convective heat flow. Next, we installed new roof sheets in Trimdeck and Corrugated profiles, and added new flashings and capping around the roof. To protect the chimneys from water, we also installed metal trays around them. Finally, we applied a special waterproof membrane to the chimneys to prolong their lifespan.
